Date: 13th April, 2025 Today, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura, Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, inaugurated the 51st State-Level Biju Mela at Lokkinder Karbari Para in Chamanu, organized to celebrate the Chakma community’s vibrant Biju festival.  The Chief Minister offered prayers to Lord Buddha for the success of the mela and extended heartfelt gratitude to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji for his inspiring message. The occasion was marked by colorful cultural displays, including traditional Chakma dance and songs, which captivated the audience and highlighted the rich heritage of the community.
