In a significant law enforcement operation, Kumarghat police have apprehended an Indian trafficker and three Bangladeshi nationals who had been residing illegally in India. The arrests took place on February 10th, 2025, following intelligence received about suspicious activities in the Noyapara area under Kumarghat police station jurisdiction. The three Bangladeshi nationals were identified as Kukhon Mia, Abid Mia (26), and Jewel Mia.
