Report: MP Rajib Bhattacharjee Allocates MPLAD Funds for GB Hospital Transport

  Rajya Sabha MP Rajib Bhattacharjee has utilized his Members of Parliament Local Area Development (MPLAD) funds to provide two patient transport vehicles to Agartala's GB Hospital. The vehicles, costing ₹12 lakh, were inaugurated today to facilitate internal patient movement. Prior to his political career, Bhattacharjee earned recognition as a philanthropist focusing on healthcare accessibility in Tripura. His transition from social work to politics has maintained this healthcare focus, now leveraging MPLAD funds for institutional support.
