East Agartala Police Arrest Two Habitual Offenders, Recover Stolen Items

 


Agartala, 20th March 2025: In a significant breakthrough, the East Agartala Police Station (PS) arrested two habitual property offenders and recovered stolen gas cylinders, cash from a temple, and a knife. The arrests were made following a specific case (No. 34/2025) registered at the East Agartala PS, highlighting the police’s continued efforts to curb rising thefts in the area.

The accused, known for their involvement in multiple property crimes, were apprehended by a team of officers and staff from the East Agartala PS. The recovery of stolen items, including gas cylinders and temple cash, underscores their involvement in a series of thefts.
