35th Tripura Industries & Commerce Fair Concludes Successfully

 




The 35th Tripura Industries & Commerce Fair concluded on February 12, 2025, at the Hapania International Fair Ground, Agartala, after a successful 15-day run since its inauguration on January 29, 2025. Organised by the Tripura Government’s Department of Industries & Commerce, the fair served as a dynamic platform to showcase the state's industrial and commercial potential.

The event attracted startups, MSMEs, and major industry players, offering them opportunities for networking, collaboration, and innovation. The fair particularly focused on Tripura’s key industries, including rubber, bamboo, and the service sector, covering information technology, tourism, hospitality, and logistics. Various stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and investors attended, exploring potential business partnerships.

A major attraction of the fair was its theme pavilion, food court, and cultural programs, highlighting the diverse industrial and cultural landscape of Tripura. On the concluding day, Minister Santana Chakma, MLA Mina Rani Sarkar, and Chairperson of Industry and Commerce Nabadal Banik attended as prominent guests. They felicitated the top-performing stalls for their significant contributions to the fair.

Addressing the gathering, Minister Santana Chakma spoke about the achievements of the Industry and Commerce Department, highlighting various government initiatives and facilities provided for industrial growth in the state. The event successfully promoted investment opportunities and reinforced Tripura’s commitment to economic and industrial development.
