The 3rd State-Level Shahari Samriddhi Utsav 2025 launched today at Swami Vivekananda Ground, Agartala, with Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha officially inaugurating the event. Corporator Ratna Datta and other dignitaries accompanied the Chief Minister, who cut ribbons to open various stalls and engaged directly with women entrepreneurs displaying their products.

Organized under the Tripura Urban Livelihood Mission (TULM), the Utsav aimed to promote women's self-reliance and economic empowerment across urban and rural areas. Multiple government departments participated, creating a comprehensive platform showcasing opportunities and resources for women entrepreneurs.

The event symbolically celebrated women's crucial role in state development, drawing a parallel between women's contributions and a mother's nurturing influence in a family. By providing a platform for women to showcase their entrepreneurial skills, the Utsav highlighted the state's commitment to gender economic empowerment.

Women entrepreneurs from diverse sectors displayed innovative products, demonstrating their skills, creativity, and potential for economic independence. The event not only provided visibility but also created networking opportunities for these entrepreneurs.

The Shahari Samriddhi Utsav represents a significant step towards inclusive economic growth and women's empowerment in Tripura.
