POLICE NAB TWO IN CITYWIDE BIKE THEFT INVESTIGATION

Agartala, December 28, 2024 - Local police have achieved a breakthrough in a series of bike thefts that plagued the city over the past two months, leading to the arrest of two suspects and the recovery of stolen vehicles. The arrests came following an intensive investigation led by Officer-in-Charge Rana Chatterjee, who worked closely with the community to gather intelligence. Acting on credible information, law enforcement officials apprehended the suspects near the By Road Area Forest. The accused have been identified as Shubham Bhattacharjee, a resident of Araliya, and Bishwajit Sinha from Indranagar.
