Governor Indra Sena Reddy Nallu and Major General Samir Charan Karthikeya led the commemorative ceremony, symbolizing the continuity of military traditions and national pride. Vijay Diwas, observed annually on December 16th, commemorates the decisive victory of the Indian Armed Forces and the liberation of Bangladesh in 1971.
