This legal battle, ongoing since 2014, has seen a petitioner challenging their termination. Contention Over Teacher Termination Advocate General Siddharta Sankar Dey explained that the petitioner argued that they were not a party to the initial petition in which the High Court had invalidated the recruitment rules used for these appointments.
