This horrifying incident unfolded when Prateek, a responsible citizen, was returning home from his office. He noticed a couple in a park adjacent to his property at the late hour of 11 pm. Concerned for the safety of his neighborhood, he approached them, asking about their presence at such a late hour. What started as a simple inquiry quickly escalated into an argument.
