On the occasion of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee's 123rd birth anniversary, the main event was held at Rabindra Centenary Bhawan, Agartala in the presence of the Chief Minister, along with a drawing competition on Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. It was organaised by ICA department.
