 In order to restore peace in Manipur, CPM is on the field demandeing the central government intervene in Manipur and restore peace as soon as possible. They also demanded the resignation of the current Chief Minister of Manipur. Subrata Debnath, CPI leader Tulsi Das Kapale and others were present. 

 A blood donation camp was organized on Sunday by the  club Yuva Samaj of Jayanagar. Prof. Dr. Manik Saha, Chief Minister, Government of Tripura was present as the chief guest of this blood donation camp, besides the guest of honor was Deepak Majumdar, Hon'ble Mayor, AMC, Special Guest Tushar Kanti Bhattacharya Mayor in Council, AMC, Special Guest Janhvi Das Chowdhury Corporator, AMC. Rabindra Nazrul Sandhya will be held in the evening.
